We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Shop Supervisor to work with the shop manager in our brand-new store on Union Street in Glasgow City Centre. If you bring creativity, energy, and a flair for visual merchandising, this is your chance to shine. With 17 shops across Glasgow, our retail network is the friendly face of the hospice—and you could be at the heart of it.
About Us
The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a respected Glasgow-based charity located in Bellahouston Park. We provide specialist palliative care for people living with life-limiting illnesses and offer vital support to their families and carers.
Our retail shops are essential to funding this care, helping us support over 1,200 new patients each year.

We’re seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and well-organised individual with:
- A love for vintage and contemporary fashion
- A keen eye for detail and standout visual displays
- A passion for customer service and community engagement
- The drive to work independently and lead with creativity
