Working with us

At The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, our staff work together to offer kind, compassionate care to patients, families, and loved ones.

When you join us, you become part of a caring community of people who share and practice the hospice values, always putting the patient and family at the centre of everything we do.

We welcome the skills, experience and compassion you bring. In return, we will support you to learn, grow and feel part of a workplace built on respect and understanding.

Our care team includes doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants and allied healthcare professionals. Our wider team includes support services staff, income generation team, administration, governance staff, and other colleagues, including volunteers and ambassadors.
