Behind The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a dedicated team of more than 180 skilled and compassionate staff, working alongside over 700 loyal and valued volunteers who generously give their time, energy and care. 

Together, our senior management team provides thoughtful leadership, clear strategy and strong financial stewardship, always guided by our commitment to free, person-centred and family-focused palliative care. 

Our Board of Trustees plays a vital role in safeguarding the hospice’s governance and financial health, offering experience, guidance and support to help our teams continue delivering care with warmth, dignity and compassion.
