Anyone can create a tribute fund. We recommend doing so with the knowledge or agreement of your loved one's immediate family, particularly if several people may wish to be involved. 

Creating an online tribute fund is completely free. There are no setup fees or annual charges. 

Your tribute fund has no expiry date, so it can remain online for as long as you wish. Family and friends can continue to visit, share memories and make donations for years to come. 

Yes. You can choose who can view your tribute fund, making it private for family and close friends or publicly accessible if you would like to share it more widely. 

You can personalise your tribute fund with: 

• Photographs and videos 

• Stories and memories 

• Messages from family and friends 

• Virtual candles 

• Music (where available) 

• Fundraising pages linked to your tribute fund 

Yes. Family and friends can make donations, leave messages, upload memories (if you've enabled this) and light virtual candles in memory of your loved one. 

Yes. Many families choose to ask for donations to their tribute fund instead of flowers. Funeral directors can often include the tribute fund link in funeral notices, order of service booklets or online funeral notices. 

Yes. Existing donations can be credited to your online tribute fund, so all donations are shown together in one place. Please contact our Fundraising Team and we'll be happy to help. 

You can log into your tribute fund at any time to see the total amount raised, view donations and read messages left by supporters. 

Yes. As long as donations are made to your tribute fund, they will appear on your page and contribute to your overall total. If you've previously made donations in memory of your loved one, we may also be able to add these retrospectively—please get in touch to discuss this. 

Absolutely. Whether you're taking part in a challenge event, organising a coffee morning or creating an online fundraising page, your fundraising can be linked to your tribute fund so everything is brought together in one place. 

Yes. You can add photographs, memories, messages and fundraising activities whenever you like. Many families choose to update their tribute fund on birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. 

No. Many people create a tribute fund simply as a lasting place to remember and celebrate the life of someone special. Fundraising is entirely optional. 

Yes. Visit our Tribute Garden to see how other families have chosen to celebrate the lives of their loved ones. It can provide inspiration and ideas when creating your own tribute fund.
