You will have 6 months in which to re-donate any Worthwhile Wardrobe garment and claim your reward. You can still re-donate after this time, but you will no longer receive a gift card for money off your next purchase.

You will receive a 15% gift card on any Worthwhile Wardrobe garment as a thank you for re-donating.

You will have 1 year in which to use your 15% gift card on any Worthwhile Wardrobe purchase.

Yes, you will have to bring your Worthwhile Wardrobe Gift Card when you purchase your next Worthwhile Wardrobe item.

If your purchase gets damaged through use, it will not be acceptable for return to Worthwhile Wardrobe. We can only accept returns in clean, good condition for resale. You can, however, donate to The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice general garment collection where a garment in poor condition or damaged will be passed to Textile Recyclers.

Yes, for the Worthwhile Wardrobe collection, we're looking for designer, high-end high-street labels, boutique and unique vintage occasion wear. We ask that you do not donate fast fashion, as well as items that are damaged or heavily worn.
