Assistant Management Accountant

Salary: £29,597 - £32,629

Who are we? We’re The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. We’re a well-established charity located at 20 Dumbreck Road, Bellahouston Park, Glasgow G41 5BW. The hospice provides specialist palliative care for people with a life-limiting, progressive illness, and support for their families and carers. 

Join our dedicated Finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial health of the Hospice. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will:

  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Manage income recording, banking, and credit control.
  • Support payroll, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to maintain strong financial controls.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in finance or accounting (charity sector experience is a plus).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
