Whether you'd like to dedicate a leaf on the tribute tree in the hospice, create an online tribute page where family and friends can share memories, or combine both options, we'll help you create a tribute that feels right for you.
Every tribute helps support local hospice care while providing a meaningful way to honour someone special.
TWO WAYS TO CREATE A TRIBUTE
DEDICATE A LEAF
A leaf on the tribute tree in the hospice provides a beatiful way to remember someone.
By dedicating a leaf, your loved one's name will be displayed on the tree for two years, creating a visible tribute while supporting the care we provide to patients and families.
A leaf dedication includes:
- An engraved leaf
- Recognition for two years
- The opportunity to support local hospice care
- The option to renew your dedication (if space is available)

CREATE AN ONLINE TRIBUTE PAGE
An online tribue page provides a dedicated space where family and friends can come together to celebrate a loved one's life.
You can share photographs, stories and memories, light virtual candles, and collect donations in their memory. Friends and family can visit the page from anywhere, making it a lasting place to remember and celebrate someone special.
An online tribute page allows you to:
- Share photos and memories
- Leave messages and tributes
- Collect donations in one place
- Mark birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions
- Create a lasting online memorial
Create an online tribute fund
CHOOSE ONE OR BOTH
You can dedicate a leaf on our tree, create an online tribute page, or choose both options together.
Many families choose both, creating a physical tribute within the hospice alongside an online memorial where family and friends can continue sharing memories, marking special occasions and making donations in their loved one's name.

WAYS TO SUPPORT YOUR TRIBUTE
Once a tribute Fund has been set up, anyone can support it in any way they choose. There are many ways to grow your tribute fund.
- Give a donation on a special occasion or a significant date, such as a birthday or anniversary
- Set up a monthly direct debit to The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice
- Invite family and friends to contribute to the fund - they can give a gift to the fund or set up a fundraising page
- Join in with one of our events. Whether you're a keen cyclist, runner or enjoy trekking in the great outdoors, we've got plenty of events to tempt you. You can even link a JustGiving page directly to your Tribute Fund
- Organise your own event to raise money. Money raised from coffee mornings, dances, quizzes, music nights, or parties can all be added to your Tribute page
- Fundraise at work or ask family to fundraise at their school or college
Do whatever feels right for you and we can help you to add these donations to your Tribute Fund.
Every penny raised for your loved one’s tribute fund comes directly to the hospice, helping us continue our vital work.
