Social Clubs

The young adult social group focuses on the five pillars of wellbeing:

  • Relaxation  
  • Learning  
  • Being active  
  • Taking notice  

The young adult social group is supported by staff and volunteers and runs two groups per week which young adults, their families and carers can attend. 

Social Clubs

The young adults can access: 

  • Sensory sessions  
  • Complementary therapies  
  • Pet therapy  
  • Music  
  • Hairdressing/barber  
  • Arts, crafts, and activities  

At the same time, their families and carers benefit from others' peer support.
