The Young Adult Service brings young adults together in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, allowing connections and creating wonderful memories. 

Throughout the year we run parties and social events. The Young Adults and their families and carers thought the parties.

Five of our young adults with life-limiting conditions at The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice have been working with Scottish actress and comedian Karen Dunbar and Braw Talent on creating a rap song and video. The song was premiered at a special event Crazy Young Magic.
