Help us turn a shop
into hospice care

Help us open our new Sauchiehall Street Hospice Shop

Help us raise £50,000 to transform an empty retail unit into a Hospice Shop that will generate vital income for patient care for years to come.

Our Hospice Shops play a vital part in funding specialist care across Glasgow, with our city centre shops contributing £150,000 towards patient care last year alone.

Now, we want to build on that success and create another important source of income to support local patients and families for years to come.

Shopping that supports hospice care

Our Hospice Shops play a vital part in funding specialist care for patients and families across Glasgow and surrounding areas. They provide a reliable source of income that continues to support hospice care year after year.

Turn every
£10 into £200
for Glasgow’s Hospice

For every £10 donated towards the new shop, we expect to generate £200 for Glasgow’s Hospice over the next five years, with the potential to raise even more in the years that follow.

Your support today can help fund care for years to come.

Making hospice care possible

Every year, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice provides compassionate, specialist care to around 1,200 new patients and their families from Glasgow and surrounding areas. But this care comes at a cost. This year, it will cost £9.8 million to run the hospice. With around 30% of our costs funded by the NHS, we need to raise £7.2 million through the generosity of our local communities. Our network of Hospice Shops plays a vital part in raising these funds, year after year.
