The Hospice Swim Challenge

A venue of your choice

Take the plunge for Glasgow’s Hospice!

Sign up for a personal swimming challenge and help raise vital funds for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. You can take part as part of a team or club, or set your own goal and swim solo.

This is your challenge, so you set the rules.

How it works

Distance
Swim a mile, complete 25 lengths a day for a week, or set your own target.

Timing
Choose dates that suit you. Take on your swim in a day, over a week, or across a month.

Location
Swim at your local pool or try open water at a nearby beach or loch.

Raise vital funds
When you register, set up your fundraising page and start sharing. We will support you throughout your challenge.

Safety first
Wear suitable swimwear and take care, especially in open water. If you are unsure where to swim safely, check with local authorities and speak to an open-water swimming club for advice.
