Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice

Trusts and foundations

Trusts and foundations play a crucial role in funding the work of The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice.

We constantly need your support so that we can continue to provide free person-centred and family-focused palliative care to individuals and families living with significant challenges to their health and wellbeing.

We can make a real difference to the lives of our patients and families thanks to the generosity of trusts and foundations, who support us in a number of ways.

They help to fund the expert care provided by our specialist staff.

Help us provide first-class facilities for our patients and their families.

Back our Brick by Brick Appeal to build a new hospice in Bellahouston Park.

The generosity of trustees has helped us grow and develop, resulting in more patients and families being supported.

Whether they are large national trusts or small family trusts that operate locally, each and every one is important to us.

Many trusts offer their support on an annual basis, and it helps us enormously to know this support is ongoing.

Other trusts and foundations are able to offer their support on a one-off basis and this too is greatly appreciated.

If you are a trustee of a trust or a foundation and would like to make a difference for our patients and families, please consider supporting The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice.

The hospice would like to say a huge thank you to every trust and foundation that has worked with us, for the help and support they provide.

“The team at the hospice offers an exceptional level of care in a facility that has become inappropriate for the requirements of the patients and families they serve today. We are very excited about the prospect of creating a wonderful space for the children who will visit the new hospice," said Mark Longbottom, head of the St. James's Place Foundation, which donated £375,000 to help fund the young people’s lounge and courtyard in our new hospice."
