Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice

What is Make a Will Fortnight?

Make a Will Fortnight 2021 will run between 18th and 29th October.

It’s your chance to make or update your will with a solicitor for free. Participating solicitors will kindly waive their fee and make your Will in return for a donation to the hospice.

You can call in advance to set up your appointment.

Make a difference through Make a Will

The last year has been difficult for everyone and also a reflective time for many.  By making a Will, you can ensure that those closest to you are looked after in the future.  You can also make a difference to the continued care we give at the hospice by supporting our Make a Will campaign.

The care we provide is at no cost to our patients or their families.  This requires extensive, on-going fundraising support. Making a Will through this campaign will help us raise much-needed funds.

What do I need to do?

It’s a very simple process.

We are delighted to have the support of McVey & Murricane for our Make a Will Campaign.

You can call in advance to set up your appointment. All you need to do is contact

Julie Brown, Accredited Law Society Executry Paralegal

Email: jbrown@mcvey-murricane.com

Telephone: 0141 333 9688

Make an appointment and she will make your Will. All we ask is that you consider making a donation to the hospice in return.

More information

Using the free Will writing service does not obligate you to leave a gift to The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. Your Will is yours and you are free to leave your estate to whoever you wish to benefit. If you do choose to remember us in your Will, thank you. Your gift will be put to good use helping local people receive care at the end of their lives.
