Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice

Fundraising

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a registered charity that looks after the palliative care needs of people living in and around Glasgow.

The cost of looking after patients and their families is £5 million a year, with £1.9 million coming from the NHS.

In order to keep our doors open, and look after those who need care, our fundraising team must raise the £3.1 million shortfall.

This is a huge task! It takes the energy, enthusiasm and generosity of thousands of people each year to make this happen.

There are many ways you can help us help others. You can take part in an event or come up with an event of your own.

You can donate or buy from one of our eighteen hospice shops or visit our shop and support giving space.

You can leave a legacy to the hospice in memory of your loved ones. Or you can simply donate here.

Thank you all for supporting Glasgow's Hospice.

How we fundraised

Our supporters are great! We've been providing hospice care to the city for over thirty years, only because we've been supported by so many fantastic people.

We just couldn't do what we do without you all. So thank you.

Whether our supporters have personal experience of the care we deliver, or  just know about the vital work the hospice does on behalf of the city, our supporters throughout the years, have been magnificent.

And the multitude of ways they fundraise are as diverse as the fundraisers themselves.

Here are just a few stories to inspire you to join in the fun.
