In her role at After Digital, she manages the agency’s strategic direction, as well as the implementation and quality of the digital marketing team’s output for international clients. Cat’s results-driven approach ensures the team consistently deliver over and above on client expectations, through a thorough and planned process of measuring, monitoring, refining, adapting and optimising.
Working with the agency for the past six years, Cat’s experience spans a number of diverse projects with clients including National Theatre of Scotland, Grass Roots Group, Science Museum, Diet Chef, EDF Energy Group, National Museums of Liverpool, Falkirk Community Trust, BBC, NHS and Deliveroo.
Cat is a qualified AdWords and Google Analytics professional, as well as completing her PSM1 ScrumMaster accreditation. In 2015, she was awarded the Chief Executives Award at the Women in Business Awards and Digital Personality of the Year at the Mancoolian Awards. She has also been listed in The Drum’s 50 under 30 and DQ Magazine’s Ones to Watch 2015.
Cat’s passion for business change is clear in her voluntary position as head of marketing and communications for TEDxGlasgow over the past four years. She works with the other four members of the TEDxGlasgow leadership team to develop a platform for change, encouraging local businesses, organisations and individuals to collaborate and stimulate innovation.
In this role, Cat organises the central conference event (which welcomes around 1.8k people to Glasgow and has achieved more than 9 million views of their talks worldwide) and also hosts a number of Salons year-round, bringing together key stakeholders in order to share ideas and knowledge.
