Glasgow's Hospice is currently needing to recruit Volunteer Service Managers, can you help?

Meet & Greet Service - IPU

Volunteering as a member of the Meet & Greet Service, In-Patient Unit team you will be the first point of contact therefore playing an integral part to welcoming and engaging with all our visitors.  The role of the volunteer is to support the structure and organisation of the In-Patient Unit to ensure that every patient and their family members have a positive experience and ensuring that they feel cared about, comfortable and relaxed.

Retail Warehouse Assistant

Volunteering as a member of our Retail Warehouse, you will play an integral part in the development and smooth running of the Retail Distribution Centre, from stock collection and preparation to customer service.  You will assist in the grading of newly donated and recycled merchandise, to help ensure a consistent supply of quality items meets our shops requirements.

Charity Retail Assistant

Volunteering as a member of our Charity Shops, you will enjoy working within a professional team providing a high quality retail service.  Assisting in the day to day running of the shop and meeting agreed performance targets to maximise sales and profitability. You can be talking and serving customers making them feel welcome, creating eye-catching and stylish windows, and displays.

Charity Retail Driver

Volunteering as a member of our Charity Retail Drivers team, you will use the Hospice vehicles to assist with the collection and distribution of stock between our 18 shops and warehouse around Glasgow.  Each shop is unique within the community therefore it is crucial that the stock is delivered to the selected shop to ensure we generate and maximise our income in support of the Hospice.
