Appropriate for: Senior healthcare professionals who have completed intermediate communication skills training
This communications course is delivered by trained communication facilitators in conjunction with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. The Advanced Communication Skills training session will explore challenging and complex conversations and will offer delegates the opportunity to practice key skills and receive constructive feedback in a safe learning environment. It is based upon evidence relating to core communication skills and offers tools to support difficult conversations.
