AECOM is delighted to be providing cost management services to The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice for the fantastic new hospice building at Bellahouston Park in Glasgow.
We have been involved with the new hospice project since its initial concept stage more than eight years ago and through all of the developing design and programme stages. This involved feasibility cost planning, contract documentation production, pre-tender estimating, tender reporting and contractor award and post-contract cost management duties.
We are also pleased to have had a long association with the hospice at its Carlton Place home for more than 12 years and have in the past provided services such as building surveying, minor works project delivery, project management and facilities management.
Our admiration and respect for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice team and the work, services and care they deliver knows no bounds after this long association. We have also been delighted to fundraise for the hospice over many years, including sponsored challenges and working in the many hospice shops.
