A Wee Glasgow Night with the Bard, sponsored by EDF Energy

Date: Thursday 24 January 2019

Where: RAC Club, Pall Mall, London

As we continue to raise our profile in London with the support of our committee and sponsors, we are delighted to announce our first event celebrating the life and spirit of Robert Burns, “A Wee Glasgow Night with the Bard” sponsored by EDF Energy on Thursday 24 January 2019.  Hosted in one of  world’s most iconic private members' clubs in the heart of Mayfair, The RAC Club, the evening will feature event host Kaye Adams and entertainment including Drew Cochrane with his tale of Tam O’Shanter, and Sophie Craig, at only 17 years old a Robert Burns World Federation National Champion in both singing and recitation. Further entertainment for the evening will be confirmed and there will of course be a “right guid” knees up at the end of the evening with our ceilidh band.

This “nod” to Burns, Glasgow style is sure to provide all guests with a touch of glamour in January whilst raising vital funds for Glasgow’s new 21st century palliative care hospice.

Tickets are £170.00 per person or £1700 for a table of 10.
